Mental and emotional wellness is supported best when we are feeding our MIND, BODY, and SPIRIT what they need.
Feeding the MIND might look like learning about something, organizing our task lists, balancing our checkbook, or similar activities.
Feeding the BODY could involve exercising, shopping for and preparing a nutritional meal, starting a new sleep prep routine for better sleep.
Feeding the SPIRIT could include taking time for creative expression, meditating, or engaging in a spiritual practice.
